I just purchased my second pair of progressives, and I am beyond satisfied. They truly are superior to a pair I bought at the optometrist, and cost a *lot* less! I don't need distance, so I love that the top of the lens has zero power. Other on-line progressives have reduced power at the top and simply do not work for me. Further, after ordering I noticed no movement on shipping. I called Reading Glasses and spoke to Shaunni (sp?), who was enormously kind and helpful. She checked the shipping and called back immediately. (my glasses had already been shipped, but USPS hadn't updated). My glasses were already in transit, and I got them in three days!! To say that Customer Service is good is an understatement! And I can't say enough about Shaunni, who went up and beyond, something that is at best scarce during these times.I love my glasses, and will soon be ordering another pair. Thanks, Reading Glasses!
